I knew right away that Emily and Ryan would be dream clients. Their love is so apparent and they were so excited to throw an epic party to start their lives together. The day turned out to be just that. The sun was shining and Mt Hood was on display from the lawn of The Orchard Hood River.

Their ceremony was simple and sweet, performed by a close friend with hand-written vows. During the cocktail hour, guests mingled in the grass, playing croquet and sipped drinks from Pearl Catering.

When it was time for dinner, the tables were adorned with gorgeous flowers and hops from Knot and Fern, along with pottery-piece place cards made by the bride. After dinner, Emily and Ryan decided against the traditional wedding cake and treated guests to mini pies from The Pie Spot.

Just as the party was winding down, DJ Robby from Event Team Entertainment invited everyone to make a circle around the bride and groom for the last song. As the newlyweds danced, their ceremony vows played back interspersed with the song lyrics. There was not a dry eye in the house, myself included.
