Few companies can boast of 80 years in the business, that’s why you’ll often see those hitting the milestone celebrate the achievement in a major way.
Jeep is certainly pulling no punches on its 80th year, launching special a 80th anniversary edition not only for its flagship model—as other less able car makers are wont to do—but for the entire lineup. That means the Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Renegade, Compass, and Gladiator, all get their own special editions.
Somehow, we can’t help but imagine seeing Oprah handing out a car to everyone in the audience. Everyone’s a winner!
The iconic American 4×4 brand is choosing Granite Crystal as the motif for its 80th anniversary ensemble, which, as the images here indicate, is one of the 50 shades of grey that Oprah fans are probably aware of. Both the body and wheels are in grey finish, and most models have grey trim and stitching inside the cabin. That said, other colors are also available as an option.
Here’s the breakdown of what each 80th anniversary special edition Jeep model will possess:

By offering so many limited editions, we can’t help but think that Jeep’s decision waters down their distinctiveness somewhat. But who are we to complain? Jeep’s 80th Anniversary special edition models will arrive in North American showrooms beginning fourth quarter of the year, with the price tag varying from USD29,090 (approx. PHP 1.4 million before taxes and fees) to USD45,830 (PHP2.22 million)
