Sunburst Yacht Charters and the natural, sparkling waters of the Gulf Coast set the scene for these elegant ceremonies reminiscent of luxurious summers on European waters.

The ship proved to be a luxe venue for a small, intimate wedding of twenty. Guests gathered at the bow of the yacht to witness the ceremony and were later led to the alf for the reception. Delicate blush details provided by Delicious Art created a tablescape for a chic, boho feel, and blossoming pale pink florals made quite the statement centerpiece among candles and many glasses of rose.

Invitations and menus created by Madwolfe Designs were scripted with modern calligraphy in a deep ocean blue. Personal-sized charcuterie boards kept the guests fed and full, while an onboard bar service provided colorful drinks that complimented the day’s nautical theme.

Both the bride and groom donned elegant wedding-day attire as delightfully breezy and effortless as a day at sea. The groom sported a sleek navy suit from Arden Bridal, while the bride indulged in several outfit changes throughout her special day from Olivia Bowen Bridal. Each dress incorporated intricate beading, sheer details, and airy tulle for a classy yet subtly sexy waterfront look. The newlyweds opted to ditch the heels and dress shoes, opting for barefoot comfort instead during their day afloat.

Along with her wardrobe changes, the bride switched her lightly curled, low ponytail for a sophisticated low bun, but kept her beachy bronzed makeup look throughout both the ceremony and reception. The bride’s bohemian bouquet coordinated with the venue’s tablescape details, incorporating both blush roses and beachy botanicals.

While one couple hosted their small opulent wedding onboard, another chose an even more personal route: a yacht elopement. Setting sail with just each other, these newlyweds cherished a private getaway and ceremony.

The couple’s earthy and neutral color palette created an ambiance of sultry romance. The bride wore a breathtaking V-neck gown with cascading beaded designs and lace detail. Her simple makeup was accented by a sleek low bun and loose, face-framing curls which also helped draw attention to her gown’s statement open back. With his amber suit, printed bowtie, and pocket floral, the groom showed off some of the biggest fashion trends that have been popping up at the altar this year.

The bow of the boat provided the ultimate spot for a charming picnic for two. Charcuterie boards and drinks from the onboard bartender provided enough delicious eats for hours before the couple ended their day with a simple tiered cake with textured and layered icing decorations.
